Your video could contain a testimonial of how 100% Whey has benefited your physique, recovery time, or health; it might be a compilation of your favorite Gold Standard 100% Whey shake recipes; a short clip extolling the greatness of a particular flavor; a summary of how many servings of Gold Standard 100% Whey you estimate having used in your lifetime; a Gold Standard 100% Whey music video; or even a shameless plea to the judges to consider you above all other submissions.
There are no "right" or "wrong" videos. If it's about Gold Standard 100% Whey and it's creative and/or informative, you should submit it. It could win you 100 Lbs of Gold Standard 100% Whey.
CONTEST ENTRY GUIDELINES AND RULES
HOW TO ENTER:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete the contest entry form and post the URL to your YouTube video at www.wheygoldstandard.com. To be eligible, entries must be completed and posted to www.wheygoldstandard.com on or by the December 1, 2009 closing date of the contest. Incomplete, illegible and/or inaudible entries will be disqualified. Optimum Nutrition, Inc. (the "Company") is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by mail, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted.
CONTEST RULES:
The contest is open to United States citizens who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of contest entry. Identification must be produced upon request. Employees of the Company, its advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded.
Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
By claiming the prize, the winner agrees to provide to the Company a digital copy of the winning video saved to an accessible external storage device (DVD Rom, etc.) and authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including but not limited to radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which the Company may deem appropriate.
By accepting the prize(s), the winner and any guest(s) acknowledges that the Company may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using the prize(s) and agrees to use the prize(s) in accordance with the recommended use guidelines provided on the product packaging.
Detailed contest rules applicable to this contest, including contest entry dates, how to enter, and prize value, number and any restrictions applicable to these prizes are available upon request from the Company.
All contest entrants and any guests who are at least eighteen (18) years of age must accept the terms and conditions provided herein acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest entry guidelines and rules prior to entry submission.
The Company retains the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize(s) for any reason whatsoever. The prize(s) will be distributed to the winner via a delivery method of the Company's choosing in one (1) shipment that includes ten (10) ten (10) pound containers of Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Gold Standard™ product in one (1) or a combination of the following available flavor varieties: Delicious Strawberry, Double Rich Chocolate, Rocky Road, Vanilla Ice Cream.
